You will start as an Instrumentation Engineer, becoming an expert on our Heat Recovery Steam Generators (HRSG). After approximately one year of immersion in the product, you will transition into the role of Controls Engineer.

Phase 1: Instrumentation Engineer (Year 1) You will be responsible for selecting the right hardware and ensuring technical requirements meet practical implementation.
- Specification: Draft technical specifications for purchasing and evaluate supplier quotations.
- Documentation: Prepare instrument lists, equipment specifications, and datasheets (transmitters, flow devices, temperature elements).
- Integration: Manage instrument hook-ups and instrumentation on complex package units (burners and SCRs).
- Collaboration: Ensure interface implementation while working with process, design, and supply teams.
Phase 2: Controls Engineer (Year 2+) Once established, you will define the operational logic that guarantees safe and efficient plant performance.
- System Design: Draft system descriptions (control narratives) and Functional Controls Diagrams.
- Safety & Compliance: Lead HAZOP studies, SIL assessments, and manage the Burner Management System.
- Testing & Ops: Oversee FAT (Factory Acceptance Tests), start-ups, and shut-downs.
- Client Support: Act as the key partner for safety/controls meetings and provide expert site support.
